DeAndré Valentine, MCSE, CCNA, is our Director of Information Technology. He has been in the IT field for 24 years ranging from helpdesk/desktop end user support to server/network management, virtualization, disaster recovery and cybersecurity. His experience has comprised of supporting small businesses to working for enterprise companies like Microsoft and DuPont. He is passionate about customer service and believes wholeheartedly that “technical knowledge can always be taught, but actually caring for your users needs and providing an exceptional customer driven experience is how you build relationships and trust with your clients.”
Mr. Valentine is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and Cisco Certified Network Associate along with other IT certifications accumulated throughout his extensive career.
